My password isn't working for Open LMS
- 🔒 Check Caps Lock
- 🔗 Are you on the MTCC Open LMS website?
To reset your password:
- Choose the 🔗 "Forgotten your username or password?"
- Enter your username (same as your MTCC Gmail ID)
- Click Search button
- You will receive a new login link via email to your MTCC Gmail

I logged into Open LMS but do not see my course
Courses are available on the first day of class. If it is the first day or later:
- ✔️ Confirm your course is in 🔗 Self Service
- ✔️ Contact your Instructor 🔗 Staff Directory
- ✔️ In the LMS / Click My Courses / Click "All' under Course Overview
- ✔️ Contact Distance Learning / Online Learning

- In Self Service
- In your LMS Course under Course Information
- In your LMS Course in the Course Syllabus Document
Use your instructor’s preferred contact method. Many instructors work remotely, so email or phone is usually the best way to reach them.

Open LMS App Info
The Open LMS Mobile App offers a simple, intuitive interface that lets you access your content, messages, and due dates easily from your mobile device. With Open LMS Mobile, you can:
- Access your courses directly from your mobile device
- Download content for offline access
- Update your profile information
- Receive course notifications and messages
- As a student: view your course grades and awarded badges on your profile
However, the Open LMS App is not ideal for test taking or submitting your documents
