Master Gardener Scholarship

Guidelines for the scholarship are as follows:
 

Applicant must be a McDowell County resident.

Applicants must be accepted by the college of their choice.

Priority is given to applicants majoring in horticulture, agriculture or a closely related field.

The scholarship award is based on scholastic achievement, seriousness of purpose and probability of success; financial need is considered, but is not required.

Scholarships are made payable to the school attended.
