Public Service Programs

Our community and our students are the most important asset to McDowell Tech.  We pride ourselves in being a support to our local business and industry.  Therefore, one of our most important priorities is providing the short-term workforce development training needed in the public service sector.  We offer short-term occupational training in cosmetology, esthetics, early childhood education, business administration, computer information and technology, computer software systems, accounting, automotive repair, hospitality, retail, and so many more.  Check out our link to available classes for all our upcoming courses.
