NEW “NO SHOW” POLICY
CSN has implemented a new policy on attendance at trainings, effective August 25th, 2008. If unable to attend a training event that you registered for, it is now up to you (teacher/director) to provide a replacement attendee or pay a $10 “No Show” fee. You will need to call Wanda Wood, during ECRC operating hours, on or before the training and inform her of your replacement. We no longer maintain a waiting list so it is up to the teacher/director to find a replacement or to pay the fee.
How to Register - Please Read
- Fill in the blanks for Facility Name, Names of Participants, Number of Participants & Facility Phone Number for each chosen training.
- Make copies of the Training Registration Form, for future registrations.
- Document the training dates on your calendar (teacher and facility).
- Submit the registration form to CSN by the deadline date listed (at least 2 business days, prior to each training). Register early, as seating is limited, but remember that you are committed to attend once registered.
