How to Register - Please Read
- Indicate training opportunities you are interested in on the registration form.
- Fill in the blanks for Program Name, Names of Participants, Number of Participants and Facility Phone Number.
- Submit the registration form to CSN by the registration date listed for each training event. Seating is limited. Register early.
Remember to: Make copies of the form, if needed, for future registrations.

Make checks payable to: Children's Services Network / MTCC
(unless otherwise noted).
- In the event that all spaces are full when you register, your
name will be put on a waiting list and you will be notified if a space becomes available.
- Cancellations must be made during operation hours. Call Wanda to cancel as soon as you are aware that you cannot attend
so that those on the waiting list can be contacted. Fees are non-refundable.
- Refer to the MTCC McDowell Sun or the Network News, or call Michelle for other details on individual workshops.
Always refer to the most recent information in case changes to the schedule (times, dates, locations) must be made.
Remember that we cannot accommodate children due to limited space at the ECRC.

CPR & First Aid Training
CPR & First Aid classes are offered through the American Red Cross and sponsored by CSN. You must register through the American Red Cross for these classes by calling 652-6531 for classes and location. DIRECTORS: If you ask to hold a class at your site for your staff and it is not scheduled through CSN, we (CSN) will not be able to give training slips to your teachers. Please attend one of the listed classes or speak with Michelle about other options.

NEW BLENDED LEARNING OPTION
The American Red Cross is now offering a new BLENDED LEARNING option for taking CPR and First Aid courses. Participants must complete a self-paced ONLINE session, which includes the written exam, and then successfully complete an instructor-led skills practice and assessment within two weeks of completing the online session. This option allows you more flexibility in taking CPR/First Aid courses. Call Colleen at 652-6531 to register and receive your ID and password.
NOTE:CHILD CPR covers 1-12 years of age through the American Red Cross. INFANT CPR covers ages 0-1 years of age. If you need to take ADULT CPR, call the American Red Cross at 652-6531 for a schedule and fees.
