The Monster Bash

The Student Government Association of McDowell Technical Community College held a "Monster Bash" in conjunction with Halloween on Friday night, October 30, 2009 on the main campus of the college. Students, guests, and college employees danced to a variety of rock, funk and punk in everything from blue jeans and t-shirts to elaborate costumes, purchased and homemade. Dr. Frankenstein's monster (a.k.a. student Daniel Messer) broke out of the laboratory and made his way to the Bash. Though there were a variety of inspired costume creations, "Frankenstein" was the costume winner, hands-down.
